Installation [04/2013 - 10/2016]: Procedure

1. Install the steering shake damper to the steering wheel sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

   Torque: 2.35 N.m (24 kgf/cm, 21 in.lbf) 

1. Connect the connector to the steering wheel heater control assembly.
2. Engage the clamp.
3. Install the steering wheel heater control assembly to the lower steering wheel boss cover with the 2 screws.

   Torque: 0.835 N.m (9 kgf/cm, 7 in.lbf) 

1. Engage the 5 guides to install the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies) with No. 1 switch wire to the steering wheel assembly.
2. Install the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies) to the steering wheel assembly with 4 new screws.

   Torque: 1.7 N.m (17 kgf/cm, 15 in.lbf)

1. Install the cruise control switch wire.

1. Align the matchmarks on the steering wheel assembly and steering main shaft to install the steering wheel assembly.

2. Install the steering wheel assembly set nut.

   Torque: 50 N.m (510 kgf/cm, 443 in.lbf) 

3. w/ Steering Heater:
   1. Connect the connector to the steering wheel heater control assembly.
4. Connect each connector to the spiral cable with sensor sub-assembly.
