Switch Operation of Remote Touch not Accepted [04/2013 - 09/2020]: Procedure

1. Activate diagnostic mode and check if the "Service Menu" screen can be displayed.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [04/2013 - 06/2014] , or refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [06/2014 - 09/2018] , or refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2018 - 09/2020]

   OK

   Diagnostic mode can be activated.

   Result

1. Enter the "Panel&Steering Switch Check Mode" screen. Refer to Check Panel & Steering Switch in Operation Check.

2. Operate the abnormal switch and check if the switch status is correctly displayed.

   OK

   The switch status is correctly displayed as operated.

2. Check switch operation.

   1. Move the remote touch switch knob to the lower left.
   2. Check that the "HOME" and "MENU" switches illuminate when each switch on the remote touch is pressed.

      Result
