DTC B241A: Rear Height Control Sensor [04/2013 - 10/2016]: Procedure

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [04/2013 - 09/2020]

   Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Clear DTCs 

2. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [04/2013 - 09/2020]

   Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   DTC B241A is not output.

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [04/2013 - 06/2014]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [06/2014 - 08/2015]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [08/2015 - 10/2016]

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Data List.
5. Read the display on the Techstream.

REPLACE HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [04/2013 - 10/2016]

1. Disconnect the A65 headlight leveling ECU assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the g1 rear height control sensor sub-assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   A65-19 (SHRL) - g1-2 (OUT)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   A65-19 (SHRL) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
