DCM Data Signal Circuit between Navigation ECU and DCM [08/2021 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the H73 radio receiver assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the G161 DCM (telematics transceiver assembly) connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   H73-10 (USBV) - G161-15 (USBV)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H73-11 (USBG) - G161-31 (USBG)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H73-15 (VOT+) - G161-18 (VOR+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H73-16 (VOT-) - G161-34 (VOR-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H73-13 (VOR+) - G161-17 (VOT+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H73-14 (VOR-) - G161-33 (VOT-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H73-10 (USBV) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H73-11 (USBG) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H73-15 (VOT+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H73-16 (VOT-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H73-13 (VOR+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H73-14 (VOR-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H73-12 (SGND) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

2. Disconnect the DCM (telematics transceiver assembly) connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   H64-1 (USB-) - H65-1 (USB-)	Always	Below 1 Ω

   H64-2 (USB+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H64-1 (USB-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
