Visual Mute Signal Circuit between Navigation ECU and Multi-display [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the N62 accessory meter assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the N68 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   N62-11 (VMT1) - N68-10 (VMTF)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   N62-11 (VMT1) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

Result:  NG

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result:  OK

OK

1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   N68-10 (VMTF) - Body ground	Power switch on (ACC), screen display changes.	3.5 V or higher → Below 1 V → 3.5 V or higher
