Installation [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Apply engine oil to a new O-ring and install it to the camshaft timing oil control solenoid assembly in the locations shown in the illustration.

   O-Ring

2. Install the camshaft timing oil control solenoid assembly with 2 new bolts.

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

   NOTE:

   Be careful that the O-ring is not jammed.

3. Connect the connector to the camshaft timing oil control solenoid assembly.

1. Apply engine oil to a new O-ring and install it to the camshaft timing oil control solenoid assembly in the locations shown in the illustration.

2. Install the camshaft timing oil control solenoid assembly with 2 new bolts.

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

   NOTE:

   Be careful that the O-ring is not jammed.

3. Connect the connector to the camshaft timing oil control solenoid assembly.
4. Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

5. Attach the wire harness clamp to wire harness clamp bracket.

3. Connect the connector to the camshaft timing oil control solenoid assembly.
4. Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

   Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

5. Attach the wire harness clamp to wire harness clamp bracket.
