  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Confirm the problem symptoms (Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2014 - 10/2015] or refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - ] ).

  3. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE 

    Standard voltage

    11 to 14 V

    If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

  4. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally (Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2014 - 10/2015] or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [10/2015 - 09/2017] or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2017 - 09/2018] or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2018 - ] ).
