  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND SYMPTOM CHECK

  3. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE 
    1. Measure the battery voltage with the engine switch off.

      Standard Voltage

      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

  4. CHECK COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Use the Techstream to check if the CAN communication system is functioning normally (Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2014 - 10/2015] Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [10/2015 - 09/2017] or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2017 - 09/2018] or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2018 - ] ).

    1. Check if the LIN communication system is functioning normally (Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [09/2014 - ] ).
