Terminals Of Ecu [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  1. CHECK HEADLIGHT SWIVEL ECU ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the A104 headlight swivel ECU assembly connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.
      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      A104-14 (IGS) - Body ground B - Body ground Headlight swivel motor power supply Engine switch off Below 1 V
      Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      A104-15 (IG) - Body ground B - Body ground Headlight swivel ECU assembly power supply Engine switch off Below 1 V
      Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      A104-22 (E1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Headlight swivel ECU assembly ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Connect the A104 headlight swivel ECU assembly connector.
    4. Measure the voltage, resistance and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.

      A104-10 (SMR) - A104-22 (E1) SB - W-B Headlight swivel motor RH LIN communication Engine switch off Below 1 V
      Engine switch on (IG) Pulse generation
      A104-11 (RH+) - A104-22 (E1) BE - W-B Headlight swivel motor RH LIN communication Engine switch off Below 1 V
      Engine switch on (IG) Pulse generation
      A104-12 (CANH) - A104-22 (E1) LG - W-B CAN communication Engine switch off Below 1 V
      Engine switch on (IG) Pulse generation
      A104-13 (CANL) - A104-22 (E1) B - W-B CAN communication Engine switch off Below 1 Ω
      Engine switch on (IG) Pulse generation
      A104-18 (SBR) - A104-21 (SGR) GR - LG Rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH power supply Engine switch off Below 1 Ω
