Installation [10/2014 - ]

  1. INSTALL DRIVER MONITOR CAMERA 
    1. Attach the 2 claws and install the driver monitor camera with the 2 screws.

      Torque: 1.8 N*m (18 kgf*cm, 16 in.*lbf) 

  2. INSTALL DRIVER MONITOR BRACKET 
    1. Attach the guide and install the driver monitor bracket with the screw.

      Torque: 1.8 N*m (18 kgf*cm, 16 in.*lbf) 

    2. Attach the claw to connect the driver monitor camera connector.
      NOTE:

      Make sure that the wire harness of the driver monitor camera is positioned as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER 
    1. for Upper Side:
      1. Attach the claw to install the steering column cover.
      2. Connect the driver monitor camera connector.
      3. Attach the 4 clips to install the instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.
    2. for Lower Side:
      1. Attach the 2 claws to install the steering column cover.
      2. Install the 3 screws.
  4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2014 - ] - Step 28
  5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL ORNAMENT  . Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2014 - ] - Step 29
  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH  . Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2014 - ] - Step 30
  7. ENABLE AUTO TILT AWAY FUNCTION 
    NOTE:

    Restore the Autoaway/Return function setting to the previous condition by changing the customize parameter. Refer to CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS [10/2014 - ] .
