| (a) Battery voltage | 8 V or more |
| (b) Engine switch | On (IG) |
| (c) Starter | Off |
| Time after engine switch off to on (IG) | 3 seconds or more |
| Vehicle speed at output speed sensor | 9 km/h (5.59 mph) or more |
