Sound Signal Circuit between Navigation Receiver Assembly and Stereo Jack Adapter [12/2013 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the H159 radio receiver assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the H167 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   H159-16 (ADPG) - H167-1 (ADPG)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H159-7 (VAR+) - H167-2 (VAR+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H159-8 (VAL+) - H167-3 (VAL+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H159-15 (VA-) - H167-4 (VA-)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H159-5 (AGND) - H167-7 (AGND)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   H159-16 (ADPG) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H159-7 (VAR+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H159-8 (VAL+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H159-15 (VA-) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   H159-5 (AGND) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
