Installation [07/2012 - ]

1. Install the front engine mounting insulator assembly with the 3 nuts and hole plug.

   Torque: 52 N*m (530 kgf*cm, 38 ft.*lbf)

2. Connect the duty vacuum switching valve connector and wire harness clamp.
3. Connect the vacuum hose to the air cleaner assembly.
4. Connect the vacuum hose to the 3 way.
5. Install the bolt of the front engine mounting insulator assembly.

   Torque: 87 N*m (887 kgf*cm, 64 ft.*lbf) 

6. Tighten the nut of the engine mounting insulator LH.

   Torque: 95 N*m (969 kgf*cm, 70 ft.*lbf) 

7. Using a union nut wrench 19 mm, tighten the nut of the engine mounting insulator RH.

   Torque: 95 N*m (969 kgf*cm, 70 ft.*lbf) 

   NOTE:

   Use the torque value compensation formula to calculate the torque value for use when a torque wrench is combined with a tool such as a union nut wrench. Refer to PRECAUTION [03/2012 - ] .

1. Install the front engine mounting insulator assembly with the 3 nuts and hole plug.

   Torque: 87 N*m (887 kgf*cm, 64 ft.*lbf) 

   for the bolt (A)

   Torque: 64 N*m (653 kgf*cm, 47 ft.*lbf) 

   for the bolt (B)
