Yaw Rate Sensor Communication Stop Mode: Description

Detection Item Symptom Trouble Area
Yaw Rate Sensor Communication Stop Mode Either condition is met:
  • "Yaw Rate / Deceleration Sensor" is not displayed on the "CAN Bus Check" screen of the Techstream. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [08/2012 - ] 
  • Communication system DTCs (DTCs that start with U) that are output correspond to "Yaw Rate Sensor Communication Stop Mode" in "DTC Combination Table". Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2012 - ] 
  • Yaw rate sensor branch line or connector
  • Power source circuit of the yaw rate sensor
  • Yaw rate sensor ground circuit
  • Yaw rate sensor

HINT: 

"Yaw Rate / Deceleration Sensor" refers to the circuit that includes the yaw rate sensor.
