Route cannot be Calculated: Procedure

1. Confirm the information about the situation when the route calculation did not complete.

   Result

   Result	Proceed to
   Route cannot be calculated for any destination.	A
   A road in the route is closed or has not been officially opened yet.	B
   A ferry crossing is included in the route.	B
   The destination is too close.	B
   The route cannot be calculated only when driving on a bumpy road.	B

   HINT: 

   A route cannot be calculated if the route is unavailable, a ferry crossing is included in the route, the destination is too close or when driving on bumpy roads.

B → NORMAL OPERATION 

A: Go to next step 

1. Replace the hard disk drive. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2012 - ] .
2. Set another destination and check if the system can calculate the route correctly.

   OK

   Route can be correctly calculated.
