DCM Power Source Circuit: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DCM - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the DCM (telematics transceiver) connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition N87-4 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition N87-1 (+B) - N87-4 (E) Always 11 to 14 V N87-7 (IG2) - N87-4 (E) Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V N87-8 (ACC) - N87-4 (E) Engine switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION*a Front view of wire harness connector
