Multi-display Power Source Circuit: Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ACCESSORY METER ASSEMBLY OR MULTI-DISPLAY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND) 
    1. Disconnect the accessory meter assembly*1 or multi-display*2 connector.

      1. *1: for 12.3 Inch
      2. *2: for 8 Inch
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      FOR 12.3 INCH

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      N62-13 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      FOR 8 INCH

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      N152-13 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

      FOR 12.3 INCH

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      N62-12 (+B2) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
      N62-23 (IG) - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      N62-24 (ACC) - Body ground Engine switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V
      FOR 8 INCH

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      N152-12 (+B2) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V
      N152-23 (IG) - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      N152-24 (ACC) - Body ground Engine switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V
      TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

      *A for 12.3 Inch
      *B for 8 Inch
      *a Front view of wire harness connector
      (to Accessory Meter Assembly)
      *b Front view of wire harness connector
      (to Multi-display)

    NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK → See step   2
