- CHECK CELLULAR PHONE
- Check if the voice on the other side can be heard using a cellular phone.
OK

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE CELLULAR PHONE
OK: Go to next step
- Check if the voice on the other side can be heard using a cellular phone.
- CHECK AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM
- Check that sound from the audio system can be heard from the driver side speaker.

Sound from the audio system can be heard.
HINT:
If sound from the audio system cannot be heard, proceed to "No sound can be heard from speakers. (Audio is mute.)" in Problem Symptoms Table. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .
