Navigation ECU Communication Stop Mode: Description

Detection Item Symptom Trouble Area
Navigation ECU Communication Stop Mode Either condition is met:
  • "AVN1" is not displayed on the "CAN Bus Check" screen of the Techstream. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 
  • Communication system DTCs (DTCs that start with U) that are output correspond to "Navigation ECU Communication Stop Mode" in "DTC Combination Table". Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM 
  • Power source circuit of display and navigation module display
  • Display and navigation module display branch line or connector
  • Display and navigation module display ground circuit
  • Display and navigation module display

HINT: 

"AVN1" refers to the circuit that includes the navigation ECU.
