Navigation System (Service Information): Multi-Display: Reassembly: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY 
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 MULTI-DISPLAY BRACKET 
    1. Install the No. 1 multi-display bracket with the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 MULTI-DISPLAY BRACKET 
    1. Install the No. 2 multi-display bracket with the screw.

  4. INSTALL MULTIMEDIA MODULE WIRE 
    1. Engage the clump and install the multimedia module wire.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.
  5. INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the multi-display assembly with the 4 screws.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 EARTH WIRE 
    1. Install the No. 2 earth wire with the screw.

  7. INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clamps.

    2. Install the multi-display controller sub-assembly with the 3 screws.
  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER CONTROL GEAR 
    1. Install the instrument panel register control gear.

  9. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL 
    1. Temporarily install the upper instrument cluster finish panel as shown.

    2. Install the upper instrument cluster finish panel with the 4 screws.

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL RETAINER 
    1. Install the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel retainer and No. 1 instrument panel finish panel retainer with the 5 screws.

  11. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL RETAINER 
    1. Install the No. 3 instrument panel finish panel retainer with the 3 screws.

    2. Engage the clamp.
  12. INSTALL SENSOR WIRE 
    1. Align the pin of the sensor wire with the groove of the center instrument cluster finish panel assembly, and then install the sensor wire.

      *a Pin
      *b Groove
      NOTE:
      • If the pin is damaged, replace it with a new one.
      • Make sure that the pin fits into the groove securely.
    2. Engage the 3 claws.

    3. Install the sensor wire cover with the screw.
    4. Engage the 3 clamps.

      *1 Tape
    5. Using tape, secure the wire harness at the position shown.

      HINT: 

      • If the tape has lost adhesion, replace it using tape that has enough adhesion to secure the harness.
      • Install the tape at the position shown.
  13. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL COVER 
    1. Engage the 4 claws.

    2. Install the instrument cluster finish panel cover with the 5 screws.

    3. Push the outside part of the multi-display and tilt it as shown.

  14. INSTALL DISPLAY MODULE BOARD 
    1. Install the display module board with the 2 screws.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.
    3. Engage the 4 claws to install the display module board cover.
