Blower Unit: Reassembly: Reassembly

INSTALL COOLING UNIT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the cooling unit motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

INSTALL NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Engage the 4 claws and then install the No. 3 air duct sub-assembly.

INSTALL AIR INLET SERVO MOTOR
1. Install the air inlet servo motor with the 3 screws.

INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER
1. Install the clean air filter.

INSTALL AIR FILTER COVER PLATE
1. Engage the 2 claws and install the air filter cover plate.

INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR See step 5
INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY
1. Install the 6 screws and blower assembly with the cooler evaporator sub-assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly.

2. Engage the clamp and install the wire harness.

3. Connect the connector.
