Open in CAN Main Bus Line: Description

There may be an open circuit in the CAN main bus and/or the DLC3 bus branch when the resistance between terminals 6 (CANH) and 14 (CANL) of the DLC3 is 70 Ω or more.

Symptom Trouble Area
The resistance between terminals 6 (CANH) and 14 (CANL) of the DLC3 is 70 Ω or more.

  • DLC3 branch line or connector
  • ECM
  • Gateway ECU
  • CAN No. 1 J/C
  • CAN No. 2 J/C
