Cruise Control Main Switch: Removal: Removal
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL WARNING:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
- REMOVE NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL COVER LOWER
- REMOVE SWITCH AND VOLUME CASE

- Apply protective tape to the steering wheel boss cover lower as shown in the illustration.
- Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the case.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH MODULATOR
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Remove the modulator and then disconnect the connector.
- REMOVE STEERING PAD ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 5
- REMOVE STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 7
- REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY

- Remove the 3 screws.
- Reverse the steering wheel and remove the 3 screws.
- Remove the steering wheel boss cover lower and switch.
