Multi-media Interface ECU Power Source Circuit: Procedure

1. Disconnect the L50 multi-media interface ECU connector.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   L50-12 (+B) - L50-7 (GND)	Always	11 to 14 V
   L50-11 (ACC) - L50-7 (GND)	Engine switch on (ACC)	11 to 14 V

OK → PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 

1. Disconnect the F50 display and navigation module display connector.
2. Disconnect the L50 multi-media interface ECU connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   L50-11 (ACC) - F50-11 (ACC)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   L50-12 (+B) - F50-12 (+B)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   L50-7 (GND) - F50-7 (GND)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   L50-11 (ACC) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   L50-12 (+B) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   L50-7 (GND) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
