Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK AFS ECU

    1. Disconnect the A37 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      A37-14 (IGS) - A37-22 (E1) Y - W-B Ignition power supply Power switch ON (IG) 11 to 14 V

      A37-22 (E1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the A37 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK FRONT LIGHT ECU (FRONT CONTROLLER)

    1. Disconnect the A50 and A52 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side

    3. Reconnect the A50 and A52 ECU connectors
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK)

    1. Disconnect the DA, L11, L12 and L13 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the DA, L11, L12 and L13 ECU connectors
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

    5. Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform of the ECU

  4. CHECK LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK (REAR JUNCTION BLOCK ECU)

    1. Disconnect the LA junction block connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

    3. Reconnect the LA junction block connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below

  5. CHECK FRONT MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU RH

    1. Disconnect the N1 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side

    3. Reconnect the N1 ECU connector

  6. CHECK FRONT MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the N10 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the N10 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

  7. CHECK REAR MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU RH

    1. Disconnect the O3 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the O3 ECU connector.

  8. CHECK REAR MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the O14 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the O14 ECU connector.

  9. CHECK WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH

    1. Disconnect the L25 switch connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
      TERMINAL DESCRIPTION CHART

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      L25-8 (E) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side

    3. Reconnect the L25 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below

      If the result is not as specified, the switch may have a malfunction

  10. CHECK MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the X4 and X6 light connectors.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the X4 and X6 light connectors
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.
