How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

HINT: 

  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT WORKSHOP 

    NEXT: Go to next step 

  2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE 

    Standard voltage

    11 to 14 V

    If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

    NEXT: Go to next step 

  3. CHECK CAMERA LENS 
    1. Check that the camera lens is not dirty with mud, foreign matter, etc.

      NEXT: Go to next step 

  4. BASIC INSPECTION 
    1. Turn the engine switch on(ACC).
    2. Check whether or not the display appears on the multi-display.
      Result

      Result Proceed to
      Display appears A
      Display does not appear B

      B → Go to NAVIGATION SYSTEM 

      A: Go to next step 

  5. INSPECT COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM* 
    1. Use Techstream to check if the CAN Communication System is functioning normally.
      Result

      Result Proceed to
      DTC is not output A
      DTC is output B

      B → Go to CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM 

      A: Go to next step 

  6. PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 
    Result

    Result Proceed to
    Fault is not listed in problem symptoms table A
    Fault is listed in problem symptoms table B

    B → Go to step 8 

    A: Go to next step 

  7. OVERALL ANALYSIS AND TROUBLESHOOTING 
    1. Terminals of ECU . Refer to TERMINALS OF ECU .

      NEXT: Go to next step 

  8. ADJUST, REPAIR OR REPLACE 

    NEXT → END
