Door Control Receiver: Inspection
- INSPECT INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER)
- Disconnect the I19 mirror connector.
- Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard voltage
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART VOLTAGETester Connection Specified Condition 5 - Body ground 4.6 to 5.4 V Standard resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART RESISTANCETester Connection Specified Condition 8 - Body ground Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, repair or replace the harness or connector.
- Reconnect the I19 mirror connector.
- Measure the voltage of the connector.
Standard voltage
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART VOLTAGETester Connection Condition Specified Condition 7 - Body ground Each transmitter switch OFF
(no key in ignition key cylinder and all doors closed)Below 1 V 7 - Body ground Each transmitter switch ON
(no key in ignition key cylinder and all doors closed)Alternating between 6 to 7 V and below 1 V If the result is not as specified, replace the inner rear view mirror assembly.
