Inspection Procedure
HINT:
After the inspection is completed, clear the DTCs (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
- CHECK REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY

- Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform.
Measurement Condition
WAVEFORM REFERENCEItem Content Terminal No. (Symbol) S5-2 (CV+) - S5-1 (CV-) Tool Setting 0.2 V/DIV., 20 μs/DIV. Condition Engine switch on (IG), shift lever moved to R OK: Pulse generation
NG: REPLACE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
OK: Go to Next Step
- Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform.
- CHECK DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY (CA+ VOLTAGE)
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition F27-13(CA+) - F27-14 (CGND) Engine switch on (IG), shift lever moved to R 5.8 to 6.5 V
NG: REPLACE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY (See REMOVAL )

OK: Go to Next Step
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY REAR TELEVISION CAMERA)
- Disconnect the F27 display connector.
- Disconnect the S5 camera connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
