Bus Buffer Ecu: Installation

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (See SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS ).

1. INSTALL BUS BUFFER ECU 
   1. Install the ECU with the nut as shown in the illustration.

   Torque: 12 N*m (122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf) 

2. INSTALL TELEPHONE ECU ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET  (See INSTALLATION )
3. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
   NOTE: When disconnecting the cable some, systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).
5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
6. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 
   1. Check the SRS warning light (See DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM ).
