Child Restraint Seat Tether Anchor: Removal

REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH (See REMOVAL )
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTE:
- After the power switch is turned OFF, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch OFF, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (see INITIALIZATION ).
REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY
1. for Power Seat"
  Remove the rear seat (see REMOVAL ).
2. for Ottoman:
  Remove the rear seat (See REMOVAL )
3. for Fixed Seat Type:
Remove the rear seat (See REMOVAL ).
REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR COVER
1. Detach the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the anchor cover
REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR BRACKET
1. for Power Seat, for Fixed Seat Type
  Remove the 3 bolts and 3 child restraint seat tether anchor brackets.

2. for Ottoman:
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 child restraint seat tether anchor brackets.
