Air Cleaner And Hose: Installation

  1. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Align the air cleaner case's 2 holes to the 2 stud bolts and attach the air cleaner case to the boss. Then install the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)

    2. Install the air cleaner element
    3. Install the air cleaner cap and secure the 2 clamps.

    4. Connect the MAF meter connector.
  2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Align the air cleaner case's 2 holes to the 2 stud bolts and attach the air cleaner case to the boss. Then install the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)

    2. Install the air cleaner element.
    3. Install the air cleaner cap and secure the 2 clamps

    4. Connect the MAF meter connector.
  3. INSTALL INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE  (See INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
