Customize Parameters

  1. CUSTOMIZING FUNCTION WITH Intelligent TESTER OR TECHSTREAM (REFERENCE) 
    NOTE:
    • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
    • Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
    • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.
    1. Connect the Intelligent tester or Techstream to the DLC3
    2. Turn the power switch ON (IG)
    3. Turn the tester ON
    4. Enter the following menus
      1. Intelligent tester- Select. CUSTOMIZE
      2. Techstream - Select Customize Setting
    5. Select the setting by referring to the table below

        Display (Item) Default Contents Setting
        KEY REMIND VOLUM LARGE To change volume of key reminder buzzer LARGE / MEDIUM / SMALL
        KEY REMIND SOUND NORMAL To change frequency of key reminder buzzer NORMAL / FAST / SLOW
        SEAT-BELT WARN D/P ON To change seat belt warning buzzer D/P ON / D ON / P ON / D/P OFF

        DISPLAY: 

        CUSTOMIZE PROCEDURE CHART - DISPLAY

        LANGUAGE ENGLISH To change language of display ENGLISH / SPANISH / FRENCH* / GERMAN* / ITALIAN*
