Instrument Panel Safety Pad: Precaution

  1. PRECAUTION FOR VEHICLE WITH SRS AIRBAG AND SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER 
    1. Some operations in this section may affect the SRS airbags Prior to performing the corresponding operations, read the SRS airbag NOTICE (see AIRBAG SYSTEM ).
  2. PRECAUTIONS FOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 
    1. Parts that have a leather surface, such as the instrument panel, are easily damaged
    2. Take extra care in the handling of these parts.
    3. When removing leather covered parts or parts in the surrounding area, remove them by hand without using a moulding remover or equivalent.
    4. When installing parts in the area of leather covered parts, do not contact the leather surfaces, and do not forcibly install them
