Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK CLOCK

    1. Disconnect the L38 clock connector
    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
      TERMINAL DESCRIPTION SPECIFIED CONDITION CHART

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      L38-7 (E) - Body ground B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      L38-8 (B) - L38-7 (E) R - B Battery Always 11 to 14 V
      L38-4 (ACC) - L38-7 (E) LG-B ACC power supply Power switch ON (ACC) 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side

    3. Reconnect the L38 clock connector
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      L38-3 (ILL-) - L38-7 (E) LG - B Illumination signal Light control switch OFF Below 1 V
      L38-3 (ILL-) - L38-7 (E) LG - B Illumination signal Light control switch TAIL 11 to 14 V
      L38-5 (TX-1) - L38-7 (E) R - B AVC-LAN communication signal Power switch ON (ACC) 2 to 3 V
      L38-6 (TX+1) - L38-7 (E) G - B AVC-LAN communication signal Power switch ON (ACC) 2 to 3 V

      If the result is not as specified, the clock may have a malfunction

  2. CHECK DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System for HDD)  (See TERMINALS OF ECU )
  3. CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY (w/ Navigation System for DVD)  (See TERMINALS OF ECU )
  4. CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY (w/o Navigation System)  (See TERMINALS OF ECU )
