Camera Check Mode

  1. START DIAGNOSTIC MODE  (see DTC CHECK/CLEAR )
  2. FINISH DIAGNOSTIC MODE  (see DTC CHECK/CLEAR )
  3. CAMERA CHECK 
    1. Enter the Diagnosis Menu
    2. Select "Camera Check" from the Diagnosis Menu screen

    3. SIGNAL CHECK screen is displayed
      1. Variable gear ratio steering (VGRS) system.

        If VGRS is normal, "VGRS OK" is displayed. If the VGRS is malfunctioning, "VGRS CHK" will be displayed

        HINT:

        For vehicles without the VGRS, nothing is displayed

      2. Engine type.

        If engine type is gasoline, "ENG" is displayed If engine type is hybrid, "HV" is displayed If the engine is in malfunctioning, "HV/ENG CHK" will be displayed

      3. Body size.

        If body size is standard, "STD-BODY" is displayed If body size is long, "LONG-BODY" is displayed

  4. VEHICLE HEIGHT 
    1. Select the "HT INIT" button on the SIGNAL CHECK screen.
    2. Set the vehicle height on the HEIGHT SET screen.

      HINT:

      If the value is positive, the color of the value is green If the value is negative, the color of the value is red.

  5. PARALLEL PARKING OFFSET 
    1. Select the "PARALLEL OFFSET" button on the SIGNAL CHECK screen.

      HINT:

      If the value is positive, the color of the value is green. If the value is negative, the color of the value is red.

    2. Offset the parallel parking position.

  6. VOLUME 
    1. Select the "VOLUME" button on the SIGNAL CHECK screen.
    2. Select the volume level on the "VOLUME" screen.

  7. CAMERA POSITION SETTING 
    1. Select the "NEXT" button on the SIGNAL CHECK screen

      HINT:

      If DTC C1650 (5C-74) is output, pushing the "NEXT" button does not advance the screen to the CAMERA POSITION SETTING screen.

    2. Adjust the roll angle.

    3. Adjust the vertical and horizontal position.

  8. BUMPER 
    1. Adjust the bumper position.
    2. If the right and left bumper need to be adjusted individually, press the "L/R" button on the BUMPER screen.

    3. Adjust the left bumper on the LEFT BUMPER screen.
    4. Select the "NEXT" button on the LEFT BUMPER screen.
    5. Adjust the right bumper on the RIGHT BUMPER screen.

  9. VERIFY MODE 
    1. Check that A and the target adjustment bar are overlapping
    2. Selecting "NEXT" will move to the STEERING ANGLE SETTING screen, and complete the adjustment

      HINT:

      The update is not completed until the "NEXT" key is pressed.

  10. STEERING ANGLE SETTING 
    1. STEERING CENTER MEMORIZE:

      If steering center position is not memorized, check that the steering wheel is centered and then press "STEERING CENTER MEMORIZE"

    2. MAX STEERING ANGLE MEMORIZE:

      If the max steering angle is not memorized, turn the steering wheel to the left and right lock positions to set the "MAX STEERING ANGLE MEMORIZE".

      HINT:

      The key "OK" does not respond until the system stores the steering angle neutral point and maximum steering angle.

  11. FINISH DIAGNOSIS MODE 
    1. Turn the power switch OFF.
