Inspection Procedure

  1. ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR 
    1. Adjust the object recognition camera sensor (see ADJUSTMENT ).
  2. CHECK OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR 
    1. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Code.
    2. Select "Clear" and clear the data.
    3. Recheck for DTCs.

      OK: DTCs C1A22, C1A23 and C1A25 are not output. 

    NG:  Go to step  3

    OK: END 

  3. REPLACE OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR 
    1. Replace the object recognition camera sensor (see REMOVAL ).
  4. ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR 
    1. Adjust the object recognition camera sensor (see ADJUSTMENT ).
  5. CHECK OBJECT RECOGNITION ECU 
    1. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Code.
    2. Select "Clear" and clear the data.
    3. Recheck for DTCs.

      OK: DTCs C1A22, C1A23 and C1A25 are not output. 

    NG:  Go to step  6

    OK: END 

  6. REPLACE OBJECT RECOGNITION ECU 
    1. Replace the object recognition ECU (see REMOVAL ).
  7. ADJUST OBJECT RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR 
    1. Adjust the object recognition camera sensor (see ADJUSTMENT ).
  8. CHECK DRIVING SUPPORT ECU 
    1. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Pre-Collision 2 / Trouble Code.
    2. Select "Clear" and clear the data.
    3. Recheck for DTCs.

      OK: DTCs C1A22, C1A23 and C1A25 are not output. 

    NG: REPLACE DRIVING SUPPORT ECU  (See REMOVAL )

    OK: END
