Rear Seat Assembly: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH 
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install 6 new hog rings

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    2. Using hog ring pliers, install 20 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    3. Engage the hook and install bench type rear seat cushion cover RH to the separate type rear seat cushion pad sub-assembly.
  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH 
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install 6 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    2. Using hog ring pliers, install 21 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    3. Engage the hook and install bench type rear seat cushion cover LH to the separate type rear seat cushion pad sub-assembly.
  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT UNDER TRAY SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 hooks.
    2. Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat under tray sub-assembly.

  4. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Using hog ring pliers, install 28 new hog rings.

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad with 46 new hog rings

      NOTE:
      • Be careful not to damage the cover.
      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH 
    1. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH with the screw (A) and the screws (B)

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH 
    1. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the screw (A) and the screws (B).

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
    1. Engage the 8 claws and install the 4 rear seat headrest supports.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 hooks
    2. Attach the 6 fasteners and temporary install the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly as shown in the illustration

    3. Install the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
    4. Cover the rear seat center armrest cover to the rear seat center armrest pad

    5. Install the the 2 bushes.
    6. Install the 2 bolts.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the 2 nuts.
