Rear Seat Assembly: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and the rear seat center armrest assembly

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts
    2. Remove the 2 bushes
    3. Remove the rear seat center armrest hinge with the 2 rear seat center armrest hinge covers.

    4. Move the rear seat center armrest cover to the position as shown in the illustration
    5. Remove the 2 screws

    6. Detach the 6 fasteners
    7. Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT 
    1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the 4 rear seat headrest supports

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH 
    1. Remove the screw (A).
    2. Remove the 2 screws (B) and the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH 
    1. Remove the screw (A)
    2. Remove the 2 screws (B) and the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH

  6. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Disengage the hook.

    2. Remove the 46 hog rings
    3. Remove the 28 hog rings and the bench type rear seatback cover from the bench type rear seatback pad.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT UNDER TRAY SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws.
    2. Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the rear seat under tray sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH 
    1. Disengage the hook.
    2. Remove the 21 hog rings.
    3. Remove the 6 hog rings and the separate type rear seat cushion cover LH from the separate type rear seat cushion pad sub-assembly

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH 
    1. Disengage the hook
    2. Remove the 20 hog rings
    3. Remove the 6 hog rings and the separate type rear seat cushion cover RH from the separate type rear seat cushion pad sub-assembly
