Heater Glow Plug: Installation

  1. INSTALL WATER BY-PASS GLOW PLUG 
    1. Install the water by-pass glow plug.

      Torque: 15 N*m (157 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)

    2. Install the heater blower wire with the 2 nuts and 2 grommets.

      Torque: 2.7 N*m (28 kgf*cm, 24 in.*lbf)

  2. INSTALL HEATER WATER INLET HOSE  (See INSTALLATION  )
  3. INSTALL HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE  (See INSTALLATION  )
  4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT  (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
  5. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS  (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
