Open in CAN Main Bus Line: Description

There may be an open circuit in the CAN No. 1 main bus wire and/or the DLC3 branch wire when the resistance between terminals 6 (CANH) and 14 (CANL) of the DLC3 is 69 Ω or more.

DTC DETECTION CONDITION CHART

Symptom Trouble Area
Resistance between terminals 6 (CANH) and 14 (CANL) of the DLC3 is 69 Ω or more
  1. CAN No 1 main bus wire or connector
  2. CAN No 2 J/C
  3. CAN No 5 J/C
  4. DLC3 branch wire or connector
  5. Combination meter
  6. ECM
