Instrument Panel Safety Pad: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 METER HOOD RETAINER 
    1. install the retainer with the screw.
  3. INSTALL LIGHT CONTROL RHEOSTAT 
  4. INSTALL NETWORK GATEWAY ECU 
  5. INSTALL CENTER JUNCTION BLOCK 
  6. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ LEXUS Navigation System) 
  7. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK STRIKER PLATE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the striker plate with the 4 screws.
  8. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the register with the 2 screws.
  9. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the register with the 2 screws.
  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL REINFORCEMENT 
    1. Install the reinforcement with wire harness with the 4 bolts and screw.
    2. Connect the connectors
  11. CONNECT PASSENGER AIRBAG CONNECTOR 
  12. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the duct with the 3 screws.
  13. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the duct with the 2 screws.
  14. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the duct with the clip and 2 screws.
  15. INSTALL FRONT DEFROSTER NOZZLE 
    1. Install the nozzle with the 4 screws.
  16. INSTALL SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the nozzle duct with the 3 screws.
  17. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the nozzle duct with the 2 screws.
  18. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Install the nozzle garnish with the 12 claws.
  19. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN 
    1. Install the 3 instrument panel pins with the 3 screws.
  20. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE 
  21. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the steering column with the 2 nuts and 2 bolts.
  22. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR 
    1. Install the sensor.
    2. Connect the connector.
