Inspection Procedure
- INSPECT FUSE (D/C CUT, MPX-B2)
- Remove the D/C CUT fuse from the engine room No. 1 relay block.
- Remove the MPX-B2 fuse from the passenger side junction block.
- Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Standard resistance
RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified Condition D/C CUT fuse Below 1 Ω MPX-B2 fuse Below 1 Ω
NG: REPLACE FUSE
OK: Go to next step.
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (PASSENGER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the 3E and 3G junction block connectors.
- Disconnect the P4 ECU connector.
- Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard voltage
VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Condition Specified Condition 3E-16 (MPX-B) - Body ground Always 11 to 14 V Standard resistance
