Front Bumper: Installation

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOUNTING BRACKET
1. Install the mounting bracket to the reinforcement with the 6 screws.
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
1. Install the reinforcement with the 6 bolts.
  Torque: 58 N*m (590 kgf*cm, 43 ft.*lbf)
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH
1. Attach the 2 claws to install the side retainer.
2. Install the screw.
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH
HINT:

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
1. Apply protective tape under the front fender.
2. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.
3. Connect the 2 front side reflex reflector connectors.
4. Connect the 2 fog light connectors.
5. Attach the claws to install the cover.
6. Install the 6 screws and 4 clips.

INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
1. Install the front fender liner with the 5 screws.
INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
1. Install the front fender liner with the 5 screws.
INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE
1. Install the radiator grille with the 3 bolts.
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
  NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
