Front Bumper: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING 
    1. Remove the 6 screws.
    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the moulding.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE LH 
    1. Remove the clamp.
    2. Using a screwdriver, pull out the washer nozzle.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Disconnect the headlight washer actuator from the headlight cleaner hose.
    2. Remove the 2 clips, bolt and headlight washer actuator.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the clamps and remove the hose.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 3 bolts and fog light.
  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Remove the 3 bolts and fog light.
  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the hole cover.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING OUTER LH 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the moulding.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING OUTER RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING INNER LH 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the moulding.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING INNER RH 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

  15. REMOVE FRONT SIDE REFLEX REFLECTOR LH 
    1. Remove the screw and reflector.
  16. REMOVE FRONT SIDE REFLEX REFLECTOR RH 
    1. Remove the screw and reflector.
  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and mounting bracket.
