Rear Combination Light Assembly: Removal
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH (See DISASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH (See DISASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE SPARE TIRE
- REMOVE TOOL BOX COVER (See DISASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM REAR COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See DISASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (See DISASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER INNER LOWER (See DISASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE LH (See DISASSEMBLY )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT (See DISASSEMBLY )

- REMOVE REAR LIGHT COVER LH
- Using a screwdriver, pry out the light cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Using a screwdriver, pry out the light cover.
- REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the bolt.
- Pull out the light, and then disconnect the 2 pins and light guide of the body side.
