Inspection Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY INTELLIGENT TESTER (LICENSE PLATE LIGHT)
- Select the ACTIVE TEST, use the intelligent tester (with CAN VIM) to generate a control command, and then check that the license plate light illuminates.

NG: Go to Next step

- INSPECT LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY
- Remove the license plate light.
- Apply battery voltage to the license plate light connector and check that the license plate light illuminates.

- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (LIGHT - ECU AND BATTERY)

- Disconnect the L3 light connector.
- Disconnect the L22 ECU connector.
- Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard voltage
VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified Condition L3-2 - Body ground 10 to 14 V - Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance
RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONTester Connection Specified Condition L3-1 - L22-10 (LCE1) Below 1 Ω L3-1 - Body ground 10 kΩ or higher
