Hazard Warning Switch: Inspection

  1. INSPECT HAZARD WARNING SWITCH 
    1. Measure the resistance of the switch.

      Standard resistance 

      RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      A9-12 - A10-14 Hazard warning switch ON Below 1 Ω
      A9-12 - A10-14 Hazard warning switch OFF 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the A/C control.
