Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK SCREEN MODE 
    1. Check if the screen is dimmed at night. (With the light control switch ON, do all screens except the navigation screen appear in Night Mode?)
    • NG: CHECK LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH 
    • OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  2. CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY 
    1. Measure the voltage of the multi-display.

      Standard voltage 

      MULTI-DISPLAY

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      M5-17 (DR) - M5-3 (GND1) Ignition switch ON, TAIL switch ON Above 9 V
      • NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 
      • OK: GO TO NEXT STEP 
  3. CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT 
    1. See MULTI-DISPLAY POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT .
    • NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR 
    • OK: REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY
