Terminals Of Ecu

    HINT:

    • The connectors connected to the junction connector can be distinguished by the colors of the bus lines and the connecting side of the connector.
    • The connectors can be connected to any terminals on the same side.

  3. CHECK DLC3 
    1. Measure the resistance of the connector.

      CANH (D7-6) - BAT (D7-16) L - B-W Ignition switch OFF 1 MΩ or higher
      CANL (D7-14) - BAT (D7-16) W - B-W Ignition switch OFF 1 MΩ or higher
  4. CHECK ECM

    1. Measure the resistance of the connector.
      ECM (1 OF 2)

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Condition Specified Condition
      CANH (E8-33) - CANL (E8-34) B - W Ignition switch OFF 54 to 67 Ω
    2. Disconnect the E5, E8 and E9 ECM connectors.
    3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      ECM (2 OF 2)

      CANH (E8-33) - CANL (E8-34) B - W Ignition switch OFF 108 to 132 Ω
      CANH (E8-33) - E01 (E5-7) B - W-B Ignition switch OFF 3 kΩ or higher
      CANL (E8-34) - E01 (E5-7) W - W-B Ignition switch OFF 3 kΩ or higher
      CANH (E8-33) - BATT (E9-3) B - B-R Ignition switch OFF 1 MΩ or higher
      CANL (E8-34) - BATT (E9-3) W - B-R Ignition switch OFF 1 MΩ or higher
  5. CHECK GATEWAY ECU

    1. Measure the resistance of the connector.
      GATEWAY ECU (1 OF 2)

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Condition Specified Condition
      CA1H (G4-17) - CA1L (G4-18) B - W Ignition switch OFF 54 to 67 Ω
    2. Disconnect the G4 ECU connector.
    3. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connector.
      GATEWAY ECU (2 OF 2)

      CA1H (G4-17) - CA1L (G4-18) B - W Ignition switch OFF 108 to 132 Ω

      CA1H (G4-17) - BATT (G4-10) B - L-W Ignition switch OFF 1 MΩ or higher
      CA1L (G4-18) - BATT (G4-10) W - L-W Ignition switch OFF 1 MΩ or higher
  6. CHECK TRANSLATE ECU

    1. Disconnect the T29 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      TRANSLATE ECU
