Compressor And Magnetic Clutch: Installation

INSTALL COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY
1. Install the compressor with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 49 N*m (500 kgf*cm, 36 ft.*lbf)
2. Connect the connector.
INSTALL FRONT DRIVE SHAFT LH
1. Install the drive shaft (see INSTALLATION ).
CONNECT DISCHARGE AND SUCTION HOSES
1. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hoses.
  Compressor oil:
  
  ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

2. Connect the both suction hoses with the 2 bolts.
  NOTE: Hose should be connected immediately after the caps have been removed.
INSTALL DRIVE BELT (see INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
  NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

CHARGE REFRIGERANT (See REPLACEMENT )
WARM UP ENGINE (See REPLACEMENT )
CHECK FOR LEAKAGE OF REFRIGERANT (See REPLACEMENT )
